The Opportunity
The Program Coordinator, Leadership Programs is a critical contributor to delivering a world-class leadership development experience for MBA students at Cornell?s Johnson Graduate School of Management.
In this highly visible, student-facing role, you will coordinate the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of leadership programs-ensuring exceptional quality, seamless operations, and meaningful participant experiences. You will serve as a key connector across students, faculty, donors, and campus partners while managing complex logistics, program operations, and communications.

About the Department
The Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell delivers educational programming across six different MBA programs with the intent of developing highly successful and ethical business leaders of the future. Relying on the pillars of performance learning, a collaborative community and Cornell?s vast connections, the Johnson faculty produce students equipped to excel in the current cross-functional, collaborative, digital economy.

What We Need
Associates degree with four to six years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
Strong organizational, communication, writing and administrative skills required
Ability and ease with both written and verbal contacts with faculty, staff, students, program applicants and administrators throughout Cornell and at other institutions
A keen attention to detail, ability to work independently and to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
Sensitivity to and appreciation of cultural differences
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Ability to cultivate and develop inclusive working relationships with students, faculty, staff, and community members
Candidates must be able to work on campus five days per week.
You will be competitive for this role if you have:
A track record of delivering complex, multi-component programs or events with precision
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage logistics, vendors, budgets, and timelines seamlessly
Proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders (faculty, senior leaders, external partners, students, and donors)
Ability to operate independently while maintaining accuracy and consistency
Confidence learning and leveraging new technologies and systems, and is energized by identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance program delivery

Bachelor's Degree
Experience working in a corporate or higher education setting strongly preferred
