Align Radiology is seeking a fellowship-trained Neuroradiologist to join our physician-led imaging practice in a fully remote, independent contractor (1099) role.

This position offers a flexible, cloud-based workflow that allows radiologists to work at their own pace throughout the day with NO FIXED HOURS while delivering high-quality neuroradiology interpretations in an outpatient-focused environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Interpretation of a comprehensive range of neuroradiology MRI and CT studies, including brain, spine, head and neck, and neurovascular imaging

• Generation of accurate, timely, and clinically actionable reports

• Independent remote reading using cloud-based RIS, PACS, and voice recognition systems with AI integration.

• Participation in a quality-focused, physician-driven imaging practice

• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Neuroradiology fellowship (required)

• ABR board certified or board eligible

• Demonstrated comfort interpreting all types of neuro MRI and CT examinations

• Ability to work independently in a remote reading environment

• Active Maryland state license (or ability to obtain licensure, if required)

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to diagnostic accuracy
