Compensation and Benefits

• First year Compensation potential up to $189,000, not including wRVU productivity incentive
• Base salary: $142,000 - $157,000
  • Annual Quality incentive up to $6000
  • Up to $10,000 Sign-on incentive
  • Up to $10,000 Relocation incentive available
  • Annual Quality incentive up to $6,000 per year
  • Uncapped wRVU-based Productivity incentive
  • Retirement plan contribution of $11,000-14,000/year (up to 6-9% total employer oncrtibution)
