Position
Summary
Radiology Partners, Indiana (NWIR) is seeking a
board-certified or board-eligible Remote Overnight General/Emergency
Radiologist to support several Northwest Indiana locations. This position will
cover 122 shifts per year and follows a highly desirable 7on/14off schedule,
providing exceptional work-life balance with extended time off between
rotations.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable with all
diagnostic interpretations including STAT, ER, and trauma cases, and will play
a key role in supporting emergency and inpatient imaging needs during overnight
hours. The case mix includes CT, MRI, ultrasound, and plain films from busy
emergency departments and inpatient services, offering a dynamic and engaging
overnight workflow.
Radiologists in this role benefit from optimized
worklists and balanced case distribution designed to promote efficiency and
minimize unnecessary interruptions during overnight shifts.
The position also leverages Radiology
Partners’ Mosaic AI Operating System, an advanced technology platform that

improve turnaround times, and reduce administrative burden so radiologists can
focus on high-quality diagnostic interpretation.
This position offers the flexibility of fully
remote work, allowing radiologists to practice from anywhere while
remaining connected to a collaborative and collegial team environment.
Radiologists are supported by strong operational infrastructure and
responsive leadership, ensuring physicians have the resources needed to
practice at the top of their license.
This position offers up to $100K starting
bonus along with a highly competitive compensation package and the
opportunity to join a stable, physician-led practice with long-term growth
potential.
