• Base salary of $260,000+ (based on experience), with a generous guarantee period and the ability to move into an uncapped RVU model at any time.

• Shared call schedule with first-line nurse triage, minimizing off-hour call responsibility

• Access to time-saving AI Tools such as Microsoft AI Dax Ambient Voice technology, generative AI draft response technology for inbox message responses, AI chart note summarization and more helpful tools to increase efficiency and reduce pajama time

• Supervision of APPs as an extension of your care team, allowing physicians to efficiently manage larger panels and provide timely access for patients

• Centralized access center clinic support

• The ability to pilot new medical technology, digital tools and care models
