Kaiser Permanente - Southern California Permanente Medical Group (SCPMG) is seeking a Pediatric Orthopedist to join our team in San Diego, CA.
Position Highlights:
There are two other pediatric Orthopaedic surgeons in the San Diego group. We have approximately 38 Orthopaedic surgeons in the department.
The plan is for this position to be 100% pediatric orthopedics, outside of call obligations. An appropriate candidate should be aware they may see adult patients while they ramp up their pediatric practice.
Clinical time 2.5 – 3.5 days per week. Surgical time 1-2 days per week.
The candidate will need to fulfill our department’s general call obligations by either taking general Orthopaedic call (adult and pediatric care) or by joining the trauma team (adult and pediatric urgent surgical care).

Salary range for full-time/part-time openings is $536,575.00 - $729,087.00. Potential premium earnings are up to $80,136.00. Salaries are inclusive of incentives depending on skills and competencies and geographic location. Potential premium earnings are based on location. Annual Salary is determined by longevity with the Group and full time equivalent (FTE) work schedule/effort.
