Arkansas Rising Soccer Club is seeking a full-time staff coach to lead three ECNL-RL boys OR girls teams. This role is ideal for a motivated coach who is passionate about player development within a competitive environment, growing the sport within the community, and being part of a team.

Our boys ECNL-RL teams compete in the Frontier Conference and our girls ECNL-RL teams compete in the Texas Conference.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver three intentional and aligned training sessions per week
• Support player development within a competitive pathway by creating a positive and professional learning environment, engaging and connecting with players.
• Coach teams during league matches, friendlies, and tournaments/showcases
• Work with the Team Manager to execute all administrative responsibilities related to team operations including but not limited to - team communication, scheduling, finances
• Attend all required Arkansas Rising staff training and education sessions
• Work both independently and collaboratively as part of the coaching team, contributing to program growth and a positive experience for all participants
• Actively utilize club resources, including the Coaches Voice, Veo, DarkHorse AI, and PlayMetrics session planning tools.
• Support club programming when needed
• Assist players and families through the college recruitment process
• Demonstrate professionalism and be a positive role model and ambassador for Arkansas Rising by upholding the Club’s values on and off the field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years coaching experience
• Minimum of USSF C License; USSF B License preferred
• Previous coaching experience within a national platform (ECNL, ECNL-RL, GA, MLS Next)

Our principal mission is the promotion of youth soccer.
