The AI Oversight and Policy Lead will oversee the day-to-day operations of the AI Oversight Committee, manage the development and implementation of AI-related policies, and support the strategic deployment of AI initiatives within UCSF Health. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that AI tools are trustworthy, ethically deployed, and compliant with a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape. This role assists in interpreting, monitoring and analyzing information regarding state and federal policies related to regulating artificial intelligence and provides consultative services to department administrators and other stakeholders.The AI Oversight and Policy Lead will serve as the program manager for the Health AI Oversight Committe
