Our greater Monroe region is comprised of 8 clinic locations throughout Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois (Green County, WI; Stephenson and Winnebago Counties, IL). We are seeking a full-time Advanced Practitioner (PA or FNP) Float to assist with primary care access in our outpatient clinics.

Schedule:
- Day-time clinical hours Monday-Friday. No evenings. No weekends. NO CALL!
- Optional ability to pick up evening or weekend shifts at Monroe or Freeport Urgent Care

Your Qualifications:
- Graduate of nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Program
- Ability to obtain PA/NP licensure in WI and IL. Reimbursement available for secondary licensure.
- Adaptable team player
- Experience preferred, but not required
