 Opportunity and Position Summary: 
 This role is part of the Core and Value-Add (&#8220;CVA&#8221;) platform, which includes both funds and separate accounts with asset strategies ranging from core to value-add to ground-up development. The title of Analyst or Associate will be determined by experience and will focus on investment analysis within target markets across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic. All major property types may be analyzed. 
 This is a rigorous and fast-paced investment role within a high-performing team environment. The position is fully in-office five days per week when not business traveling, with hours driven by live deal activity and transaction timelines. Candidates should be comfortable managing multiple priorities, working through complex analyses, and meeting tight deadlines. The role offers significant responsibility, direct exposure to senior leadership, and strong mentorship opportunities for individuals who are motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to develop in a demanding, team-oriented setting. 
 Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 
 
 Facilitate the onboarding of new investments by collaborating with senior team members and managing critical documentation. 
 Analyze market research to evaluate prospective new investment opportunities or strategies. 
 Develop and maintain internal data collection processes, including sales tracking, income statement analysis, and pipeline updates to ensure accurate and timely information. 
 Provide support in the creation of internal and external presentations, memoranda, and reports regarding proposed investment opportunities, new investment vehicles and existing investments. 
 Work with senior team members in the analysis, documentation, and execution of various capital transactions, including acquisitions, partnerships, financings, development programs and ultimate exit opportunities. 
 Interface with internal and external parties, including operating partners, leasing/sales brokers, lenders, accounting teams, legal counsel and other market contacts as needed. 
 Assist in the presentation of investment proposals to the Investment Committee as needed. 
 
 Skills and Competencies: 
 
 BA or BS degree from an accredited institution required. Degrees in real estate, finance, business, accounting, economics, or related area are preferred. Must have strong academic credentials. 
 3-6&#xa0; years of relevant real estate experience, with a strong aptitude in financial modeling. 
 Proven analytical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.&#xa0; Experience with Argus Enterprise preferred. Creative use of AI tools a plus. 
 Effective writing skills and ability to synthesize information, as well as strong verbal interpersonal/communication skills. 
 Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
 Ability to thrive in both collaborative team environments and independently. 
 Strong sense of self-motivation, responsibility, and entrepreneurship spirit, with a desire to excel in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

 The Director will oversee the development of advanced analytics frameworks, manage IT initiatives, and foster cross-functional partnerships to optimize technology investments and outcomes. Acting as a strategic partner to business leaders, this role will drive the adoption of data-driven solutions to improve organizational performance and resilience. 
 Collaboration will be key, with the Director working closely with all business lines, the Business Intelligence team, and System Reliability. Maintaining strong relationships with Georgia System Operations Corporation IT and its leadership will be critical to the success of technology initiatives. 
 The Director must have advanced knowledge of data analytics tools and frameworks, as well as expertise in leveraging data science methodologies (e.g., machine learning, predictive analytics). The Director will be responsible for collaborating with IT on GTC&#39;s cloud computing framework and infrastructure, with an understanding of hybrid cloud environments and how to integrate them. The role will require an understanding of GTC&#39;s enterprise resource planning system and other business-critical systems (e.g., IBM Maximo). The Director will lead cybersecurity best practices and be responsible for compliance with required regulatory frameworks (e.g., NIST Cybersecurity Framework, Critical Infrastructure Protection, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act). 
 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 
 Education: &#xa0;Bachelor&#39;s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science or Analytics, Management Information Systems, Engineering (e.g. Software, Systems or Electrical), Mathematics, Business Administration with a technology focus or other technical degree. Preferred MS in Data Science, MS in Information Technology Management, MS in Mathematics, MS in Business Analytics, MS in Systems Engineering or PH.D in related field. 
 Experience: &#xa0;Ten to fifteen years in a business technology role with at least five to ten years of leadership and direct people management experience. Industry experience is not required but would be beneficial. 
 Preferred Experience: &#xa0;Experience in the Electric or Gas Utility industry is a plus or similar industry experience including Oil &#38; Gas, Construction, Railroads, or other heavy infrastructure.

 PURPOSE 
 ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
 Key Responsibilities 
 
 Maintain expert-level understanding of all UAS platforms, payloads, software tools, and related workflows supported by Gresco. 
 Act as the technical point-of-contact for UAS Account Managers and Inside Sales, supporting customer needs analysis, solution design, and system recommendations. 
 Support Level 1 and Level 2 UAS Technicians with escalated technical troubleshooting, flight testing, and repair validation. 
 Develop and conduct internal and external product training on-site, remote, or via webinar&#8212;tailored to specific customer missions and industry use cases. 
 Follow established safety and PPE protocols while representing the company in trainings and site visits. 
 Assist with startup services, demonstrations, and strategic deployments for high-value customers. 
 Develop and refine technical documentation for internal and customer-facing use (e.g., support articles, training guides, use-case workflows). 
 Coordinate closely with UAS manufacturers to stay up to date on firmware, software, roadmap features, and support protocols. 
 Contribute to evaluating and onboarding new platforms and emerging technologies into the product catalog. 
 Participate in industry events, demos, and trade shows as a subject matter expert. 
 Serve as a resource in the quoting process for complex or integrated solutions that require technical expertise. 
 Support ongoing refinement of service &#38; support team processes and procedures in collaboration with leadership.

 NATURE AND SCOPE 
 The UAS Solutions Engineer is a senior technical resource within the service and support team, responsible for in-depth product knowledge, pre- and post-sale technical support, advanced troubleshooting, and customized training. This role supports both internal and external stakeholders, bridges knowledge between manufacturers and customers, and contributes to the successful deployment and ongoing utilization of UAS solutions. EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE 
 REQUIRED (minimum required job-related knowledge): 
 
 Associate degree in business management, aviation, engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience. 
 FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification (or must obtain within 60 days). 
 Minimum 3 years&#39; experience in the UAS industry, with a strong grasp of hardware and software systems. 
 Demonstrated experience conducting technical training and product demonstrations. 
 Strong understanding of UAS use in utility inspection, mapping, public safety, and infrastructure. 
 Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and documentation skills. 
 Ability to collaborate effectively across departments including sales, marketing, and operations. 
 Passion for innovation and continuous improvement. 
 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint/OneDrive, and modern collaboration platforms. 
 Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with cross-functional team dynamics.

 Preferred:

 WORKING CONDITIONS 
 This is a remote position, with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States (lower 48 states), knowing that traveling across the nation is necessary. However, this role does require periodic travel to our UAS headquarters in Forsyth, Georgia for team collaboration, training, planning sessions, and in-person meetings. Responsibilities may require up to 50%-70% travel. Will require hours for work that can&#39;t be accomplished during business hours. Last-minute requests, accuracy required for multiple tasks. Essential functions require lifting, carrying, walking, and standing for prolonged periods of time. Physical agility to lift required weight, lift horizontally and vertically, bend and stoop.
