This role will partner across the enterprise to design tech-enabled care models, strengthen value-based performance, and lead innovative population health strategies, furthering Geisinger as a national leader in scalable population health innovation. The Chief Population Health Officer will collaborate across the health system to refine programs, launch new clinical models, and oversee medical cost initiatives that deliver measurable improvements for patients and populations. Key partnerships include a dyad with the VP Population Health, and collaboration with Clinical Institutes, Home-Based Services, Health Plan Leadership, Risk Adjustment, HEDIS, and Quality and Safety teams. The role reports to the EVP, Chief Medical Officer Geisinger. Job Duties Key Responsibilities: Lead development of clinical programs aligned with value-based care and population health. Align clinical capabilities with health plan initiatives through close partnership with Geisinger Health Plan CMO, quality, and product teams. Promote integration of clinical services, care management, and patient-centered care with Institute leaders and Hospital CMOs. Partner to help spearhead the operationalization of AI and predictive analytics within clinical and population health workflows. Moving beyond retrospective reporting to deploy real-time, AI-driven risk stratification and actions. Serve as a strategic bridge between Clinical Enterprise and Geisinger Health Plan (GHP) to co-design shared-risk models. You will partner to utilize our closed-loop data environment to rapidly pilot, validate, and scale reimbursement structures that reward true health outcomes rather than volume. Identify and implement new funding sources and payment models. Monitor and improve performance metrics (HEDIS, CMS Star Ratings, risk adjustment). Drive the &#39;Total Cost of Care&#39; strategy by identifying unnecessary utilization and architecting upstream interventions, leveraging home-based care and digital health, to shift care to the most appropriate, cost-effective setting. Design and implement programs for prevention, chronic disease management, and health equity. Use and refine analytics to identify care gaps, stratify risk, and guide interventions for high-risk populations and provide feedback at the point of care. Optimize workflows for high-value, equitable care in collaboration with clinical and operational teams. Engage providers in value-based initiatives through effective communication strategies. Foster a culture of high reliability, continuous improvement, and accountability. Oversee clinical and financial performance of value-based programs for Geisinger Clinic. Support budgeting and financial planning for quality and population health initiatives. Qualifications &#38; Professional Attributes MD or DO; Board Certification; eligible for PA medical license. Minimum 7 years clinical practice and 3+ years in leadership roles focused on quality, care redesign, and population health. Demonstrated success in population health strategies under value-based agreements. Experience with value-based reimbursement models and program design. Expertise in ambulatory care model development, CMS/CMMI partnerships, and behavior change toolkits for clinical teams. Proficiency in performance improvement methodologies (e.g., High Reliability, IHI, Utilization Management). Knowledge of national trends in population health and value-based payment models. Innovative mindset and adaptability in dynamic environments. Experience deploying a behavior change toolkit for clinical teams to succeed in value-based initiatives, including: Analytic insights that contextualize provider and clinic-level performance and surface opportunities for improvement Education on new workflows and deployment of decision support tools Provider incentive design (monetary and non-monetary) to drive adoption&#xa0; Best practice sharing to drive peer-to-peer learning and support Position Details This position can be situated anywhere within the health system&#39;s geographic footprint. This predoctoral fellowship is resident, in person, and full-time at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA. The salary is $35,700/year and includes health insurance. The minimum time commitment for this fellowship is fourteen weeks (3.5 months), and up to one year in duration on initial appointment.  Job Description 
 The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic teacher of Computer Science, a skilled user of technology and 21st century pedagogy, an eager participant and collaborator in school life, committed to fostering positive relationships for learning, and dedicated to our core principles of knowledge, character, and community. 
 The position requires flexibility and enthusiasm for teaching students across grades 6&#8211;12. The teaching load will be up to five sections drawn from a range of middle and upper school computer science courses. In addition to becoming a member of our Computer Science department, the successful candidate will serve as an advisor to a group of 8-10 advisees and take on additional responsibilities such as advising a club or serving on a committee. 
 Additional responsibilities will also include: 
 
 Planning and facilitating rigorous, developmentally appropriate instruction to middle and upper school students. 
 Providing instruction and course/program management in the overall knowledge and application of software development, allowing students to discover computer science concepts and skills by creating personally relevant, tangible, and shareable projects. 
 Exposing students to the scope of computer science studies, from abstract ideas (determining what problems can be solved with computers and the complexity of the algorithms that solve them) to the tangible (designing applications that perform well on handheld devices, that are easy to use, and that uphold security measures). 
 Exposing students to computer science as a means of computationally analyzing and developing solutions to authentic problems. 
 
 
 Requirements 
 
 
 Bachelor&#8217;s degree required, and Master&#8217;s degree preferred. 
 Minimum three (3) years of teaching experience, preferably at the middle and/or high school level 
 Strong background in computer science and knowledge of best practices in Computer Science education. 
 Robotics and Advanced Placement (AP) experience preferred. 
 Preferred technical qualifications include experience with Java, Python, hardware and networking, mobile app development, cybersecurity, AI, and other relevant technologies.

 eNGINE is seeking a Data Quality Assurance Engineer to support and evolve a growing data ecosystem where quality, accuracy, and trust in data are critical. This role will play a key part in transitioning a largely manual data validation process into a more automated, scalable framework. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in SQL, comfortable working across data pipelines, and eager to influence how data testing tools, frameworks, and standards are designed and implemented.

 Key Responsibilities 
 
 Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate data requirements into actionable validation strategies 
 Define and document data quality expectations, validation scenarios, and testing artifacts 
 Analyze data movement across systems by building lineage, mapping source-to-target flows, and identifying transformation logic 
 Implement and enhance automated data testing solutions to reduce reliance on manual validation 
 Perform detailed assessments of datasets supporting analytics, reporting, and dashboards 
 Identify data anomalies, inconsistencies, and integrity issues across ingestion, transformation, and consumption layers 
 Track, communicate, and help resolve data defects in coordination with engineering and analytics teams 
 Establish repeatable data quality checks focused on accuracy, completeness, and transformation logic 
 Support validation of ETL outputs and analytical deliverables across multiple environments 
 
 Required Qualifications 
 
 Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline 
 Hands-on experience with SQL in support of data analysis, validation, and testing 
 Background in data quality assurance, data validation, or data-focused testing methodologies 
 Experience working within hybrid data environments spanning cloud and on-prem platforms 
 Familiarity with data profiling, source-to-target analysis, and validation of transformed datasets 
 Exposure to modern data platforms and orchestration tools within Azure-based ecosystems 
 Strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and warehouse concepts 
 Ability to evaluate data-driven outputs such as reports, dashboards, and extracts with a critical eye
