The School of Economics and Management (SEM) at University of Science and Technology Beijing (USTB) invites applications for full-time faculty positions including Assistant, Associate, and Full Professor. We are seeking candidates with a Ph.D. in relevant domains, a demonstrated record of publications, and research excellence in their field. Competitive salary and compensations will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

USTB SEM is a multidisciplinary school dedicated to advancing knowledge and cultivating innovative capabilities in the fields of management and economics for the betterment of industry and society. It holds a triple accreditation (AMBA, AACSB, and EQUIS) and offers a full-range of degree programs including undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs. Our faculty, numbering over 126, are trained in diverse disciplines and share a commitment to addressing issues of public importance in both teaching and research, among which more than 95% have a Ph.D. and 80% have overseas education and research experience. Qualifications

• A Ph.D. degree in a relevant discipline from renowned university. Applicants should hold a doctorate degree or expect to hold before employment.
• Applicants should show strong potential for publishing in the top academic journals in related areas, and also be effective in the classroom.
• Senior level candidates (Associate/Full Professor) should have proof track record for excellence both in research (i.e., publications in top-tier journals) and in providing academic leadership.
