Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct and facilitate in-person, virtual, and hybrid training sessions for university staff and faculty on the effective use of IT applications and systems.
• Create customer-facing documentation.
• Manage training program logistics.
• Consult with project leads as needed to identify instructional needs and develop appropriate training materials.
• Design learning modules for technology initiatives undertaken and supported by the Office of OneIT.

Minimum Experience / Education:

• Bachelor's degree and
• 2+ years of relevant work experience, or an
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

Preferred Education Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, instructional technology, or a related field.
• One to two years of experience in instructional design.
• Experience in a higher education environment.
• Demonstrated experience with industry standard tools (e.g., Camtasia, Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud).
• Teaching/training experience.
• Familiarity with accessibility guidelines.
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Google Gemini.
• Demonstrated proficiency and experience with the Google Workspace.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; detail oriented.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
