Job Description Summary

The Department of Computer Information Systems (CIS) at Bentley University invites applications for a tenure-track position at the assistant or associate professor level starting July 1, 2025. A qualified candidate should have an excellent record of accomplishments in both research and teaching appropriate for the candidate's level of experience. The selected applicant will be expected to contribute to the CIS departmentâ™s mission of educating technically adept information systems professionals and advancing the state of research at the intersection of business and digital technologies. The department is seeking applicants with a PhD in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, and we expect the candidateâ™s PhD to be completed by the start date.

The Bentley CIS department is one of the largest IS departments among US academic institutions.
