Clinical Practice:Opening for a general neurosurgeon with a mix of cranial, spinal, and other procedures; the successful candidate will build a clinical practice collaboratively with the other IUHP neurosurgeons in the department in Indianapolis. It is expected that the person in this position will work with multi-disciplinary colleagues to help further develop longitudinal programs of care to optimize continuity of care and outcomes.Quality improvement activities such as the development of evidence-based clinical care pathways and best practices for inpatients and outpatients are encouraged.Shared call with the neurosurgery group with back-up system is in place.Academic:  Opportunity to participate in the tea
