There is an expectation that the new leader will grow the current clinical programs and develop a strategy to support specialty programs.  The Division Head will oversee a strong teaching program that supports growth of future physician leaders, the Division currently offers opportunity to participate in medical students, residents and fellowship teaching.  The Division currently has two pediatric critical care fellows
