A distinguished Board-Certified Neuroradiologist with 25 years of experience as a medical-legal expert witness is seeking a dedicated colleague for a comprehensive mentorship and eventual practice handover.

If you are a talented neuroradiologist looking to expand your career into the highly specialized field of medical-legal consulting, this is a unique chance to learn and take over an established practice, with a substantial client base.

This is a 1-2 year mentorship designed to transition an experienced neuroradiologist into a top-tier expert witness. The physician will personally guide you through:

• Case Selection and Analysis: Mastering the identification of meritorious vs. non-meritorious cases, and the detailed, objective analysis of complex neuroimaging studies (MRI, CT, Angiography) for legal purposes.
• Report Writing: Developing clear, defensible, and compelling written reports that translate complex radiologic findings into understandable legal opinions.
• Deposition & Trial Testimony: Intensive training in courtroom demeanor, effective communication under pressure, cross-examination preparedness, and maintaining scientific objectivity.
• Practice Management: Learning the business aspects of a successful expert witness practice, including fee structures, contracting, and case scheduling, as well as the use of AI tools.

* Certification: CAQ in Neuroradiology.

* Experience: 5+ years of active clinical practice is preferred;   

* Qualities: Good communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for evidence-based medicine and justice. Experience with PowerPoint, Excel.

* Commitment: Willingness to commit to a 1-2 year mentorship
