Position Overview:

Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) Primary Care BC/BE Internal Medicine trained physician to join our Everett Medical Center team in Everett, Washington.

Ideal candidates will have experience with telehealth and digital health--or the flexibility to incorporate virtual care into their practice.

• This position is 100% outpatient with no call required.
• You will have an excellent balance of patients per day and work with a centralized Telehealth Medical Center team to support your patients 24/7.
• Inbox support team will manage up to 70% of your in-basket messages.
• AI Scribing & Summarization support to cut down charting time by half.
• In our integrated health care model our clinicians have instant access to dozens of specialties, which allows for a level of collaboration and comprehensive treatment your patients deserve.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Range: $284,736 to $334,983 (salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience.)
• Value Based Incentives: Annual bonus based on organizational goals and quality metrics
