NSVH is a family owned, boutique-style small animal exclusive practice in beautiful Newtown Square, PA. We are never open weekends and there is never on-call! We have a zero tolerance policy for abusive/nasty clients, and fire clients regularly when needed. We have two experienced technicians assigned to each doctor in appointments, as well as two experienced techs assigned to the surgery doc. We believe in trying to overstaff more than understaff. All of our vets and all of our CVT's are Fear Free Elite Certified Practitioners. Every other staff member goes through the Fear Free training.
