McGlinchey Stafford is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Applications Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate plays a pivotal role in designing and implementing the firm’s IT training program, managing firm applications and training initiatives, and driving critical, user-facing IT communications. The ITS Applications and Training Specialist acts as a key resource for application support and testing. In addition to traditional training responsibilities, the IT Trainers liaisons between departments and practice groups, bridging the gap between the IT Department and the firm's user community. This role requires a deep understanding of legal industry-specific software and technology, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for teaching and empowering others.
