Our goal is to publish high-quality research papers in top-tier business journals. The postdoctoral fellow will assist in the daily operations of the research projects. The research group led by Professor Qi Li at the School of Economics and Management, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen, is seeking 1 postdoctoral fellow. Professor Li received her Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Cornell University and holds a degree in Public Administration from Harvard University. Her research focuses on organizational behavior, corporate and team behavioral mechanisms, business applications of artificial intelligence, and sustainable business development and business model innovation.
