As a Full-Time Exempt Talent Acquisition and Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for the entire hiring and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with HR policies and state/federal regulations. This position is also responsible for employee engagement across campus through development of employee programs, events and activities that align with the goals and mission of the College.

• Bachelor's degree required. 
• At least three (3) years of experience in general Human Resources functions or related business functions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build relationships across diverse teams.
• Proven experience designing and implementing programs for an entire organization.
• Ability to develop initiatives that reflect the College's mission and values, promoting inclusivity and connection within the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AI and HR systems.
