On behalf of the Department of Pediatrics at Penn State Health, CareerPhysician, LLC, the leader in academic child health executive search and leadership development, is leading a national effort to identify a transformational and innovative leader to serve as the next Chief of Pediatric Endocrinology in Hershey, PA. The selected Chief will be charged with strategically expanding the clinical footprint for the division by developing programs and improving efficiency in the clinics, while also fostering an environment that enhances faculty opportunities for scholarly achievements in research and education. The department is committed to faculty growth with fiscal support to add two physician faculty (excluding the Chief) as well as two advanced practice providers.
