Executive Assistant to the Commissioner
Primary Responsibilities:
Executive Support Provide primary administrative support for the Commissioner, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Assist the Commissioner with special projects, research, and strategic initiatives as assigned. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the Commissioner. Act as a liaison between the Commissioner and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Staff Coordination Assist with the onboarding process for new employees and offboarding procedures for departing staff. Support internal communication efforts to ensure alignment among executive staff and conference personnel.
