Position: AI Postdoctoral Research Fellows - Princeton Language and Intelligence
Description: Princeton University is seeking to hire AI Postdoctoral Research Fellows to join the Princeton Language and Intelligence (PLI) AI Lab research initiative. AI Postdoctoral Research Fellows will be part of the core PLI team, which includes top-tier faculty, research fellows, scientists, software engineers, postdocs, and graduate students. Fellows will have access to the AI Lab GPU cluster (300 H100s). Ideal candidates will have a strong interest and proven experience in designing, understanding, or engineering large AI models or their applications. Current PLI projects involve work with language, images, multimodal data, science/math, code, and scientific data. PLI is also focused on AI safety, fairness, and alignment. AI Postdoctoral Research Fellows will be appointed through the Princeton Laboratory for Artificial Intelligence (the AI Lab) and will receive a competitive salary, benefits, office and equipment, compute resources, and yearly research support. Appointments are for one year with the possibility of renewal pending satisfactory performance and continued funding.
