The Opportunity
Levenfeld Pearlstein is seeking an experienced and innovative Legal Innovation Manager to join our esteemed law firm. This role is pivotal in exploring and implementing AI integrated software solutions, to create new processes and enhance efficiencies for our legal staff. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in knowledge management or innovation, with an understanding of legal technology tools within a law firm environment and will report directly to the Director of Knowledge and Innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate AI integrated software solutions to streamline legal processes and improve operational efficiencies.
Collaborate with legal staff to understand their needs and challenges, and design custom workflows to address all aspects of the document lifecycle.
Lead the implementation and integration of new technologies, ensuring smooth adoption and maximum benefit.
Drive adoption of document automation tools and assist legal staff in maintaining templates and clause libraries.
Manage the continuous improvement of knowledge management systems, leveraging AI to enhance data retrieval and information sharing.
Train and support legal staff on the use of new technologies, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented solutions, providing regular feedback and recommendations for further enhancements.
Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI and legal technology and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Capture and analyze usage data and feedback. Evaluate opportunities for improvement and work with legal staff to develop plans to increase adoption.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in knowledge management or innovation within a law firm.
Strong understanding of applications in the legal sector, particularly AI integrated solutions.
Proven track record of successfully implementing software solutions to improve operational efficiencies.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a non-technical audience.
Strong interpersonal and team management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Experience managing projects from inception through planning, execution, and completion.
Reporting:
This role reports directly to the Director of Knowledge and Innovation.

The annual salary range for this position is $120,000 to $130,000. LP believes this is the pay range it will pay for this position at the time of posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be contingent on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant and the requirements of the position.
