Reporting to the Director of Analytics Enablement and Governance, in the Department of Informatics & Analytics, the Lead, User Enablement and Product Management, Analytics and Generative AI Platforms establishes Institute-wide communities of practice, championing our operational platforms by building user engagement through proactive coaching and mentorship, community events, and organizing literacy training workshops. The Lead will serve as an educator, community listener, product leader, and partner to thousands of staff across the Institute, enabling them to effectively and efficiently turn these cutting-edge platforms and their data into positive impacts for patients and staff.  Th
