The Johns Hopkins University?s Whiting School of Engineering (WSE) is seeking an Assistant Dean for Teaching and Learning Design (ADTLD) to develop and implement a pedagogical vision for the School and direct the Center for Teaching and Learning Design (CTLD). This leader will be goal-oriented, quality-conscious, results-driven, and intimately familiar with in-person and online learning pedagogical models. Reporting to the WSE Vice Dean for Graduate Education and Lifelong Learning, the ADTLD will manage a staff of 15 full-time instructional designers and 4 full-time course support specialists dedicated to the mission of improving teaching and learning at the Whiting School of Engineering.
