Clinical Research Assistant II- The New Program for Language Equity
The Division of General Pediatrics and the Program for Language Equity, led by Dr. Alisa Khan, MD, MPH, and program manager Marwa Elborki, is seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking individual to assist with intervention-based research aimed at improving communication, teamwork, patient safety, and equity for all patients. This includes multicenter randomized controlled trials and research using primary data collection, such as interviews, observations, surveys, artificial intelligence, health IT, and administrative databases. The program's vision is to transform healthcare delivery to prioritize individuals who communicate in languages other than English, with the belief that language should be a strength, not a barrier, to achieving equit
