Professor of Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences
Job Summary: The Department of Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences (AOS) invites applications at the assistant (tenure track) or associate professor (tenured) level with research broadly related to modeling, remote sensing, and/or analysis of climate and extreme weather risk, impacts, or solutions. Applications are welcomed from researchers representing the full spectrum of the Earth System sciences (i.e., atmosphere, ocean, land, cryosphere, carbon cycle/biogeochemistry, etc), who utilize a variety of tools including AI-based approaches, modeling, and/or observations to conduct their work.
