The mission of the UCSF Coordinating Center for Diagnostic Excellence (CoDEx) is to lead change in the field of diagnostic excellence by facilitating activities that result in measurable improvement in diagnostic accuracy, safety, and equity. CoDEx's Learning Hub is one of the 3 key pillars of the center's work (the others being the Engagement Hub and the Action Incubator).
