Job Responsibilities
Videography: Transporting, setting up, recording, and taking down camera(s) and other equipment. Editing footage, uploading, monitoring data, quality assurance, and local backups.
Assesses potential subjects' eligibility through screening interviews, reviews of medical records, and discussions with physicians and nurses. Consent patients. Oversees subject enrollment to ensure that informed consent is properly obtained and documented.
Perform standard administrative tasks such as scheduling study visits, managing correspondences, and organizing study-related meetings.
Prepare study charts and documents, access databases, and create necessary materials for study use.
Handle data entry and ensure accurate management of study databases, including regular updates and audits.
Prepare and distribute study patient packets, including questionnaires, consent forms, and relevant materials for each study visit.
Assist in generating study visit reports and managing study timelines.
Perform protocol-specific procedures as outlined in the study design.
Collaborate with the research team on data analysis using machine learning methods, with a focus on healthcare-related data.
Assist in the development of machine learning models for classifying, predicting, and analyzing patient data to enhance patient outcomes and provider efficiency.
Aid in the de-identification of subject records, scanning, and archiving materials in compliance with privacy regulations.
Perform additional research-related duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the study.
