The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine is seeking to appoint an Associate or Full-Professor who has an interest and technical skill in the application of artificial intelligence to orthopedics. This is intentionally left broad to keep open ideas for growth at the discretion of the candidate. Areas of interest of current clinical faculty include, but not limited to Natural Language Processing, imaging analysis, big data analytics, and predictive modeling.  The appropriate candidate would join our faculty as the Margaret Suzanne Neal Missouri Endowed Chair in Orthopaedics.   Candidates must have a consistent and robust track record of collaborative research, that includes obtaining intra- and extra-mural funding, hi
