Position DescriptionHarvard Business School seeks a full-time Research Associate to support qualitative research for two Faculty in the General Management unit. The scope of work will include but is not limited to: writing case studies, performing literature reviews, and additional writing support as needed for several research cases centered on front line workers. Research will be centered on front line workers macro data, impact of the industrial revolution, job safety, and the impact of AI technology among other areas.The Research Associate will report directly to the faculty and administrative manager in the Research Staff Services office. Ideal candidates will be comfortable in an environment that requires a high level of independence, intellectual curiosity, and
