Clinician-Investigator, Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology
The Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology (DLMP) at Mayo Clinic Arizona (MCA) is seeking a Clinician - Investigator of national and international stature.   The ideal candidate is an established board certified pathologist (MD or MD/PhD) at an Associate Professor or Professor level with active clinical service experience and recognized as a thought leader in their field of research. They should have a sustained history of leadership in team-based science, impactful publications, and a robust history of securing extramural research funding, including NIH federal funding (RO1 or equivalent grants).    Research areas that align with MCA strategic priorities include cancer Risk assessment, Early Detection, and Interception (REDI), transplant pathology a
