Performing and supervision of the processes responsible for trade processing and confirmation of client's trades, error reporting and resolution.
This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.
What you will be responsible for Investment Operation Specialist, Senior Associate you will
Monitoring of Trade File Processing and Trade Confirmation (Ensuring all trade files transmitted by the Fund daily on trade-date are processed. Perform and ensure the team perform trade-date confirmation)
Trade Exports and Settlement (Report and escalate any Trade export problems. Monitor trade fails with prime brokers, custodians, counterparties and the Fund. Escalate when necessary to the Home site team / Client.)
Reconciliations (Complete of daily reconciliation breaks and ensure all breaks are followed up and escalated to Home site team/client if necessary.)
Review associates work (Ensure daily checklists are completed by preparers. Perform a review of daily packs and verify that all the tasks were completed)
Provide excellent client service
Be responsible for direct interactions via phone, email or chat with all external parties
Promote risk awareness, assessment and control within team
Participate in system testing and implementation of improvements
Deliver trainings
Provide regular feedback to managers
Must have:
Advanced written and spoken English (C2/C1)
Min 2-4 years of relevant to Middle Office experience
At least 24 months of experience in role similar to Middle Office
Good understanding of standards, methodologies, processes, systems and technology necessary to support Middle Office operations
Good understanding of market participants and good knowledge of financial instruments listed and OTC
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work with deadlines

Degree in Accounting or Finance or Business related area
