Full-Time Pediatrician Openings in Southern California

• Antelope Valley & Indio - $100K Advance on Pay Bonus
• Kern County & High Desert (Hesperia & Victorville) - $150K Advance on Pay Bonus & Medical Education Loan Repayment Program
• Riverside and San Bernardino County - $25K Advance on Pay Bonus

Salary range for full-time/part-time openings is $234,275.00 - $343,763.00. Potential premium earnings are up to $19,008.00. Salaries are inclusive of incentives depending on skills and competencies and geographic location. Potential premium earnings are based on location. Annual Salary is determined by longevity with the Group and full time equivalent (FTE) work schedule/effort. Per Diem Pediatrician Openings in Southern California

Per Diem hourly rates:  up to $110.00/hour. Non-benefited, hourly positions, including malpractice insurance and tail coverage.
