The Zicklin School of Business of Baruch College/CUNY invites applications for a full-time lecturer position in the Department of Law. The Department of Law offers courses to undergraduate and graduate business students in a wide variety of business subjects, including Introduction to Business Law, Business Organizations, and a wide array of upper-level specialty courses, including Financial Technology (Fintech), Financial Regulation, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Law and Sustainability, Legal Theory, and advanced business law topics. The Zicklin School of Business is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB International), and is among the largest schools of business in the U.S.
Lecturers will:
?? Teach primarily business law and regulation to undergraduates,
?? Develop their craft through resources available at the college and will be expected to be excellent teachers.
?? Teach courses in the Department of Law, depending on the needs of the department.
Other job responsibilities may include new course development and service to the Department, School, and College. Faculty will join a vibrant, teaching and research-focused faculty and work in a supportive, collegial atmosphere. Candidates should plan to have primary or sole responsibility to teach undergraduate courses.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in area(s) of expertise, and the ability to teach successfully.

Candidates should plan to have primary or sole responsibility to teach undergraduate courses. Candidates should also demonstrate:
??? The ability to be an expert teacher of Business Law and/or Regulation.
??? Thought leadership in the scholarship of teaching and learning (SoTL), especially as it relates to the specific discipline,
??? A willingness to participate in Baruch???s ???Inclusive Pedagogy Workshop??? and CUNY???s ???Innovative Teaching Academy,???
??? Effectiveness teaching in at least two of the three modalities: in-person; hybrid; and online.
COMPENSATION
The salary range is $83,764 - $92,878. Compensation and teaching responsibilities will be competitive and commensurate with rank.
