Part-Time Lecturer in History
New York University (NYU) Berlin is seeking a part-time lecturer to teach a course on Berlin?s modern history in the Spring 2025 semester. This interdisciplinary class should provide a survey of the city?s modern history in terms of social, cultural and political developments, including how these developments can be seen while exploring the city, while simultaneously examining how these have contributed to changes at the national, regional, and international levels. Readings and lectures will be supplemented with walking tours of Berlin and its museums, to look at traces of historical, social and cultural change in situ.
