A Scientific Software Developer is needed to support a funded research project to automate acquisition. and processing software for magnetic resonance imaging studies of patients with prostate cancer. The developer will be tasked with implementing multiple programs in different languages and software environments, integrating and optimizing data workflows, and evaluating the deployed systems. The end goal will be a data management and processing pipeline to return cancer prediction maps from quantitative MRI to support patient management needs.
