Job Summary The Practice Intelligence Lawyer will work closely with the KM Lawyers for the Mergers & Acquisitions practice to support the group’s thought leadership and knowledge management needs.. The Practice Intelligence Lawyer’s primary responsibility will be the direct review and input of deal terms into the Firm’s knowledge management system (i.e. Litera Foundation Firm Intelligence Platform).  The Practice Intelligence Lawyer will also support the KM Lawyers in monitoring key legal developments, preparing client alerts and memoranda, designing highly visual reports and dashboards, producing analysis on key data points for internal and external use, and improving the efficiency of data collection efforts by optimizing the use of technology.
