Will be conducting an extensive literature review for me to explore how AI is likely to change work, based on how new technologies have impacted work in the past. I have asked her to both develop my understanding of the different ways in which technology has impacted workers and the demand for skills overall, as well as developing specific case studies of particular industries that have been affected by technology. I hope that this review will get my research and teaching up to speed as Wharton pivots towards all things AI.
