Position Description The University of Washington's Responsibility in AI Systems and Experiences Center (RAISE) invites applications for a 1-year full time appointment as a Postdoctoral Scholar, with an option to extend for another year. The UW RAISE is a multidisciplinary institute and a leading center for building, evaluating, and envisioning AI technologies in the area of Responsible AI. At RAISE, we envision a future where AI systems are developed, deployed, and used with a strong alignment with human values. Located at the University of Washington, a world-class research university in the Pacific Northwest, this new Center will lead programs that span research, education, policy, and outreach.
