The Assistant Director works with the Director in leading and managing programs and projects that work to increase American Indian studentsâ™ educational attainment and retention through orientation, secondary advising, coaching, skill building, and culturally relevant programming. This position works with colleagues to create a welcoming environment where American Indian cultures, histories, and lifeways are reflected, valued, honored, and students thrive.
