Tenure-Track, Assistant/Associate Professor, Film Production
The University of North Alabama’s Department of Cinematic Arts and Theatre invites applications for a tenure-track assistant or associate professor beginning in fall 2024 in the area of film production. This appointment is a nine-month appointment. The successful candidate will be expected to continue to produce creative work while maintaining excellence in teaching; develop and maintain an agenda of research and/or creative activities relevant in the field; perform recruiting activities for the department; attend faculty and other meetings; mentor students in the department; contribute to department curriculum development; manage department equipment and facilities; and foster diversity and inclusion among students.
