Davidson College Dining is looking for an experienced Assistant Dining Retail Manager to lead the Commons Market and Vending Operations. This is a 9 month, 40 hours per week position and is required to work evenings and weekends. Assistant Dining Retail Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Commons Market and Vending Machines including scheduling, training, and supervising the team. The Assistant Dining Retail Manager is responsible for the P & L, and all controllable expenses including labor, inventory levels, inventory shortages and overall customer satisfaction.
