Geospatial Data Scientist
The Geospatial Data Scientist provides advanced geospatial data collection, mapping, and analytics support. This position is responsible for configuring Web Geospatial Information Systems (WebGlS)/GlS Server solutions, digital image processing, remote sensing analytics, implementing workflows, creating and provisioning data content, collecting data using global positioning systems (GPS), unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), and other modern technologies. This position also provide GIS support to faculty and students within the Taylor Geospatial Institute's (TGI) partnering institutions.
