Position Summary/Objective The purpose of this position is to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations for a licensed pharmacy in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The Pharmacist may provide functional supervision to staff in a single pharmacy location (i.e. not a multi-store pharmacy). The pharmacist verifies and dispenses medications pursuant to physicians’ or other health care practitioner orders; provides clinical consultation, support and education to staff, patients and other health care professionals; provides functional supervision of professional, paraprofessional and support staff; performs related duties as required.
