Who we are looking for
State Street cyber architecture & engineering is looking for outstanding individuals with
excellent intellectual and analytical capabilities, entrepreneurial problem-solving skills, strong
communications, and influencing capabilities. This role will have a broad range of responsibilities within IAM/RBAC.

This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for
As the Agile Lead, you will

• Have a vision and drive the roadmap of the IAM-RBAC Product suite
• Be the agile coach and train the team to follow agile-scrum practices
• Leverage Jira and other tools to run an effective Scrum team
• Run scrum ceremonies including planning, grooming, retrospective, etc
• Partner and drive consensus among various stakeholders including business users, ISOs and others
• Have an agile mindset and deliver value to customers in sprints
• Manage junior staff
• Collaborate with cross functional teams and communicate dependencies, risk

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree (BS)
• Experience working within Cybersecurity in large financial organizations
• Leading teams of business analysts
• Demonstrated experience in building IAM products

Salary Range:
$155,000 - $230,000 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
