The Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) School of Architecture (SoA) is looking for creative individuals with exceptional design abilities that demonstrate architectural accomplishments through research work, scholarly work, artistic work, and/or professional practice.The School welcomes emerging practitioners and studio educators to contribute to the pedagogy of a dynamic school of architecture. We have openings for studio faculty in both the Core and Advanced Synthesis Options studios. These positions require a first professional degree in architecture and candidates with teaching and/or professional practice experience and/or Masters degree are preferred.Responsibilities for faculty in a Core studio include teaching studio sessions every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 2
